Hi, my name is Kelsey Hayes and I am trying to raise funds to honor my brother Chad.

For anyone that knew my brother, they knew that he would light up a room with his infectious laughter. Chad had a way of making everyone feel welcome in his presence. He never judged a single soul he met. Our lives took a huge turn when our father lost his battle with depression in 2014, and since then it has been an uphill struggle for Chad. Chad was working diligently to get his life back on track. He loved talking to his nieces and his nephew, and we were making plans to hopefully get him to come visit us. Unfortunately, Chad lost his lifelong battle with depression on April 3, 2025, leaving us heartbroken and now trying to figure out how we will pay for everything.

We will use the money to pay for his cremation and any other costs that may arise. Leftover funds would be used for me and my family to get to the East Coast to put his (and our dad's) ashes to rest where they both always wished to be. A donation will ensure our family doesn’t go into debt trying to give cremation and celebration of life my brother deserves.
