Funds for Autism and ADHD Assessment

It's recently come to my attention after doing one on one therapy with a specialist, that I am autistic. While it's something I've suspected about myself for a while, I now need to be able to get an official diagnosis to have accommodations made for me in my everyday life. My wife and I are insured but our insurance does not cover the assessments that I need, including both autism and ADHD, which are exorbintantly expensive, especially for a one income household. We are moving in the Fall so the cost of these tests have thrown a wrench into our lives. This is something that affects my daily life and my ability to go to school and work, and I desperately need this diagnosis to be able to live my life to the fullest. Funds will be going directly towards diagnoses and follow up counseling to help navigate this new chapter for me. If anyone also has any resources for autistic adults in the Philadelphia area please feel free to share. Thank you.
