My name is Rikki Evans. I am raising money to help Ami Stanley. She is Rose Schaff-Jennings' daughter.  She is also my niece, Willow Evans' mother. 

Ami was in a car accident near her home in Belgrade, Montana on Saturday, 12/31/2022. Ami was taken to Bozeman Deaconess and immediately went into surgery for a dislocated hip, several broken bones, and a shattered ankle. Also Ami's abdominal muscles were torn and a fracture in her neck was found. After surgury she had to be put back under because she could not move her right side and had trouble communicating. An MRI and cat scan found damage to her carotid artery which had caused a stroke. Ami was flown from Bozeman Deaconess Hospital to Harbor View Medical Center for advanced medical care in Seattle on Sunday evening.

At this time, there's no estimate on how long Ami will be in the hospital or how long her rehabilitation will take.  She may not be able to return to work for months.  Ami has a 13-year-old daughter, Willow Evans, who is under her work insurance.  Ami’s rent, housing costs, insurance payments, as well as support for her daughter will need to be paid. Ami's family members and close friends will be traveling to Seattle from Montana to support her in her recovery and will need help with travel and housing costs.

Ami is a wonderful mother and spends most of her free time with her daughter Willow, who is her world. We who know Ami know she is strong, giving, and a fighter who would never give up on her family and friends when in need. So I would humbly ask for your help and support for our Ami who means so much to those that love her and are loved by her.
