Help Ahmed & Nada’s Families Survive

So much has changed since we created this GoFundMe and yet so little. While we are in the middle of the month of Ramadan, the Zionist state ended the ceasefire and began an onslaught of attacks on the people in Gaza. Ahmed and Nada are no longer able to focus on building their lives, rather their focus is on survival. On continuing to access food, water and basic needs for survival while they are attacked and borders are closed to aid and any support. With mutual aid we are able to get funds directly to them to help them gain access to whatever is on the ground.

Hi, we are Taqwa and Radwa sisters who live in different parts of the US. We have been in touch with Ahmed in Gaza since February 2024. He needs our help and here’s his story in his own words. “Hello, my name is Ahmed Al-Mughni, 28 years old, and a Palestinian resident of Gaza City. My family of 7 people was forcibly displaced since the first days of the war on Gaza, leaving behind our homes and all our belongings and possessions.

We used to live in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood in northern Gaza, but the war forced us to move and live in Khan Yunis, in this current stage. We have been displaced more than 6 times.

I used to work as an accountant for a company specializing in electrical appliances. I worked hard and tirelessly to achieve my goals.

In May 2023, I was able to build my own house. On August 21, 2023, I got engaged to my life partner, Nada. Not even a month and a half had passed since our engagement when the war on the Gaza Strip began on October 7, 2023. I lost my own job and I have had no source of income since the beginning of the war. I lost my new home that I dreamed of living in with my wife. I had nothing left. After more than 10 months of war, my fiancée and I were on a journey of displacement. We decided to challenge the difficulties and face the challenges we are experiencing here. We decided to get married on 08/09/2024. My partner Nada and I got married and I rented a small warehouse in Deir al-Balah city.

The war destroyed everything for us and everything we owned went down the drain and destroyed my home and turned it into rubble and ashes.

This changed our lives dramatically and turned us from having everything to having nothing.

We have became desperate displaced people with no food, no clean drinking water, no sanitation facilities or even healthcare.

Due to the continuous bombing and ever changing evacuation orders near us, we ask you to donate to us because our lives are threatened at any time. We are all exposed to the threat of death at any moment.

مرحبا ، اسمي أحمد المغني 28 سنة فلسطيني من سكان مدينة غزة هجرّت عائلتي المكونة من 7 افراد قسراً منذ الأيام الأولى للحرب على غزة تاركين خلفنا بيوتنا وكل ما نملكه من أشياء ومقتنيات كنا نعيش في حي الشجاعية في شمال غزة لكن الحرب أجبرتنا على النزوح والعيش في مدينة خانيونس آخر مرحلة حيث نزحنا أكثر من 6 مرات

كنت أعمل محاسب لدى شركة خاصة بالأجهزة الكهربائية وكنت أعمل بكل جد وتعب حتى أحقق أهدافي وفي شهر 5/2023 تمكنت من بناء البيت الخاص بي وفي 21/08/2023 خطبت شريكة عمري ( ندى ) ولم يمض شهر ونصف على خطوبتنا حتى أتت الحرب على قطاع غزة في 7 أكتوبر 2023 وفقدت عملي الخاص ولا يوجد لدي أي مصدر دخل منذ بداية الحرب وفقدت بيتي الجديد الذي كنت أحلم أن أعيش به مع زوجتي ولم يبق لي شيء

بعد أكثر من 10 شهور للحرب أنا وخطيبتي في رحلة النزوح قررنا تحدي الصعاب ومواجهة التحديات اليت نعيشها هنا وقررنا الزواج في 09/08/2024 تزوجت أنا وشريكتي ندى حيث قمت بايتئجار مخزن صغير في مدينة دير البلح

دمرت الحرب كل شيء لنا وكل شيء كنا نملكه ذهب أدراج الرياح ودمرت منزلي وحوّلته الى أنقاض ورماد

لقد غيّر هذا حياتنا بشكل كبير و حولنا من امتلاك كل شيء الى عدم امتلاك شيء

لقد اصبحنا نازحين يائسين لا يوجد لدينا طعام كافي ولا مياه صحية صالحة للشرب ولا مرافق صرف صحي او حتى رعاية صحية

نظراً للقصف المستمر وأوامر الاخلاء بالقرب منا نطلب منكم التبرع لنا لأن حياتنا مهددة في أي وقت والجميع معرضون للموت في أي لحظة
