Fundraising:Jim & Diane McMahon Medical Treatment

Hello Friends, Family, and All Loved Ones,

The children of Jim and Diane McMahon are seeking help to fund life-saving, treatment needed for both their parents. Jim and Diane have been married for 43 years, have five children, and have lived near their children in North Carolina for 24 years. As we have looked into treatment, we are faced with medical bills and travel expenses for both parents that insurance does not cover.

Diane:

In September, Mom was given a devastating and unexpected diagnosis of terminal stage 4 lung cancer. Currently, her doctors in Charlotte do not have any treatment options for her locally. In hopes of saving the life of our dear mother and giving her more years with us, we are looking to send her for treatment out-of-state in an attempt to slow the progression and spread of cancer.

In Christmas 2019, Dad was diagnosed with ALS. With the progression of this diagnosis, his wife and his children have researched treatment facilities as well as supplements to help slow the progression of his neurodegenerative symptoms. We have found a treatment facility in Memphis, Tennessee that is willing to take on his case and attempt to give our Dad more years to spend with his adoring family.
