Fundraising to Heaven: Remembering Ivars Borsteins

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I share the loss of Ivars Borsteins. Ivars was born on March 13th, 1963 and on March 3rd, 2022 the world lost a loving son, playful brother, and a positive member of the community. He was born in Oakland, California, but his Latvian heritage was very important to him as well. In his last few months he spent his time volunteering at the non-profit organization: Safe At My House. His knowledge and love for pyrotechnics and stage lighting allowed him to work as a stage hand for this non-profit. We are deeply saddened by his loss and would love to celebrate the life of this incredible human. Any and all support will be donated in my brother's name to Rietuma Krasta Latvišu Izglītības Centrs "Kursa".We thank you in advance and God bless you.
