Fundraising Relief for Professor Tony Anaya

Where do I start...when there are so many great things to say about our friend Tony Anaya. I worked with Professor Anaya at Valencia College and have known him for over 6 years. If I give you the definition of a "true gentlemen", the story will take a while to describe.
Professor Anaya worked at Valencia College for 19 years teaching students English both for the Intensive English and Language program. As with many instructors affected by the Covid pandemic, he lost his employment without any notice and is having many financial difficulties.
With the eviction moratorium during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while that may have stopped people from being kicked out of their homes for not being able to pay rent temporarily, those bills will still be due eventually.
Unemployment and the financial strain that comes with it are problems Professor Anaya has had to face. The anxiety and panic attacks have taken a negative course with his physical well-being and the hardship is real.
I've been fortunate to be able to get through this pandemic with many people by my side. The money raised will help Professor Anaya with rent, bills and food assistance while he tries to jump back into place financially.
