On Saturday, April 19, our dear friend Alicia Jean Bailey finally found rest. She passed peacefully in hospice, surrounded by friends, family, her favorite music and in a calm and loving space.

Alicia was so loved by all of us—she was brilliant, beautiful, hilarious, giving, and kind. We thank her sister Ashley for coordinating everything in a time of absolute hell, be it medical care or contacting friends.

Unfortunately, Alicia and Ashley’s mother Susie also passed shortly after, making these past few days impossibly hard.

We (Alicia’s friends and family) want Ashley to not have to worry about anything right now—covering any related costs, like time off work, hospital bills, or anything else at all. So we’ve started a GoFundMe to help her with these costs.
