My name is Ashley Zubia, I am praying we will be able to help raise funds for my amazing mother in law who is having to pay out of pocket for cancer treatment. As with any cancer diagnoses my mother in laws Colon cancer took us all by surprise. Suzy is easily the glue that holds so many of us together, and has taken me in as a daughter of her own showing me love that can only be from a genuine good person. We learned of this news and began to strategize on how to get through it emotionally, physically and financially. My father in law is self employed, and did not have medical coverage sufficient for this diagnosis. They have been paying completely out out of pocket thus far for chemo treatments, testing, doctor visits, imaging, everything. We have finally come to the end of chemo treatments and Suzy will undergo more imaging and finally a surgery in hopes of removing the remaining cancer. This surgery alone is 20000.00. My in laws would never ask for help and my father in law has been doing everything possible with God making a way, to pay for everything. We are praying for help with this last surgery, we are praying the doctors have done everything right and that this cancer can be gone. We have 4 grandchildren who need their Abuela!
