Hello everyone, my name is Joselio Giles Imperial Jr. son of Gen. Joselio F. Imperial (Ret). My father is currently in the ICU for complications of Sepsis that started on his Left Leg (Cellulitis) requiring multiple debridement in the Operating Room, acute kidney injury requiring dialysis and has since progressed to a very hard battle with Severe Pneumonia and was intubated twice which developed to Acute Respiratory Distress requiring 100% support with a Mechanical Ventilator through a tracheostomy for over a month now. His 14 doctors and specialists are still optimistic that he will overcome this battle but it will take time and patience combined with prayers.

Unfortunately, the cost associated with his treatment are proving to be a financial struggle on our family.

My dad has always set an example of how to live life with respect for others and be available to help those who are in need. He is a strong willed person and always find a way to make things right no matter how things can go wrong and how hard life can be. He is a loving husband and a great provider for his children and siblings.

Any amount, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in helping my dad’s care that he needs. We know everyone's dealing with their own difficulties, but we appreciate any help offered. Thank you for being part of our journey and thank you for your generosity.
