After losing my King Charles, Charlie in July (midway through the training), I wanted to raise funds to help a dog charity as a tribute to him. After Charlie passed, we visited Many Tears Animal Rescue where they help to re-home ex-breeding dogs. These dogs haven't experienced human contact the way normal pet dogs have, so they often need a lot of work to domesticate and build trust with people. We plan to get a dog from MTAR in the future, but for now, I just wanted to try and do something to help.
