Myself and Aaron Crawley are running the Derry 10 mile road race on March 12th to raise funds for Foyle Search and Rescue.

We are doing this in memory of our good friend Karl, who tragically passed away in early November.

This is a charity that was really close to Karls heart so we feel it's the least we can do for him.
