Fundraising for Fit 4 Life Hampshire
Donation protected
Fit 4 Life Hampshire is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young people’s physical and mental health.
We work with secondary schools and families across Hampshire, offering support through sport, mindfulness, and mental health lessons.
Since our founding in 2021, we have supported numerous schools, families, and hundreds of young people. A survey conducted in July 2024 with 121 young people revealed that 112 reported a positive improvement in their mental health.
“Thank you, Fit 4 Life. Your lessons have helped to raise my confidence!” – Year 9 Pupil
“Doing the Fit 4 Life lessons helps me deal with my negative feelings in a safe space.” – Year 9 Pupil
“Fit 4 Life helped me grow in confidence. I thought I was weak, but that wasn’t true. They pushed me, which was good.” – Year 11 Pupil
“Thank you, Fit 4 Life, for visiting our school and sharing your inspirational talk. The students are buzzing.” – The Telford School
“They have built strong working relationships with staff and students at Wildern School. Students truly benefit from the Fit 4 Life program, and we look forward to continuing our work with them in the future.” – Wildern School
To keep our prices affordable, we rely on the support of individuals and businesses. Schools continue to experience major budget cuts, and many of the young people we work with come from single-parent families. With financial struggles and long waiting lists for mental health services, Fit 4 Life must remain as cost-effective as possible.
• £240 covers six weeks of Fit 4 Life coaching for one student.
• £1,000 funds work booklets for an entire year.
• £1,000 provides medals and mental health resources for a year.
• £2,000 helps us refurbish our equipment.
• £4,600 grants a school access to weekly coaching for a year.
Please consider whether you, as an individual or a business, can help us reach our goal.
