Imagine an action film where you are the main character—every punch, every chase, every choice seen through your eyes. That's what Janet, my upcoming short film, is all about! It is a high-intensity, fully POV-shot action experience inspired by Naishuller's Hardcore Henry. But to bring this vision to life, I need your help!

Words from our director:

I’m Felicia, a final year film and theatre student from Lancaster university. As someone passionate about screen combat and immersive storytelling, I want to bring you into my film world. Janet is not just a film—it’s an experience that puts you in the heart of the action. I’ve brought together an incredible team of passionate filmmaking students and screen combat enthusiasts. These are the loviest people with so much promise. However, to make this project a reality, we need funding for props, set design and food.

Your contributions will help cover the following:

Props (Including sugar glass bottles, rubber weapons, and high-quality rentals for realism)
Set design (To creative an immersive environment)
Catering (as the filming is only on two days and will be very intense, it will be ideal to cater for the cast and crew with us)

As a thank you, every supporter will receive a special credit in our film as a thank-you! Supporters who contribute £35 or more will get an executive producer credit and access to exclusive behind the scenes content.
