Fundraising for cultural project in CH&AR

Hello, my name is Ezequiel and I'm raising funds to recover the expenses incurred by me and partly by the Hochschule Luzern for the realization of the project "Astor´s and Johann´s Inpirations", which is available in the link at the end of this note. In addition, in the description of the video you can find written the artistic concept on which the project was based, as well as the reason why it was realized in Switzerland and Argentina.

The expenses to carry out the project included the fees for each of the seven musicians, three video and three audio recorders and editors and two arrangers for the musical pieces. For the realization of the project it was also necessary to rent rehearsal rooms and the recording studio, as well as the rental or purchase of some technical components necessary for the editing or recording (supports, cameras, etc), since in Switzerland this was done in public stages and not in a studio; to this must be added extra cost like food and transportation. I have not included the costs of my tickets to Argentina and Switzerland, as well as a fee as the creator and organiser of the project, as the amount seemed to me quite high just for these expenses. Please let me know in the comments if you think it's fair to add it!

In the original plan for the video, this included specially painted/drawn illustrations for the title and each of the three main sections of the video (dance, singing and fugue) made by a visual artist and/or graphic designer, but in the end I decided to use these titles with a black screen behind them to reduce costs. This would be a possible enhancement to the video, should the funding be successful.

Hola, mi nombre es Ezequiel y estoy recaudando fondos para recuperar los gastos afrontados por mi y en parte por la Hochschule Luzern para la realización del proyecto "Astor´s and Johann´s Inpirations", el cual esta disponible en el link al final de esta nota. Ademas, en la descripción del video podras encontrar escrito el concepto artístico en el que se basó el proyecto, así como la razón por la que se realizo en Suiza y Argentina.

Los gastos para llevar a cabo el proyecto incluyeron los honorarios para cada uno de los siete musicos, tres grabadores e editores de video, tres grabadores e editores de audio y dos arreglistas para las piezas musicales. Para la realización también fue necesario el alquiler de salas de ensayo y del estudio de grabación, como así tambien el alquiler o compra de algún componente técnico necesario para la edición o grabación (soportes, cámaras, etc), ya que en Suiza la esto se realizó en escenarios públicos y no en un estudio; a esto se tiene que sumar el coste de transporte y de alimentos requeridos despues de horas de ensayo o grabación. No he incluido los costos de mis boletos a Argentina y Suiza, cómo tampoco una tarifa como creador y organizador del proyecto, ya que la cantidad me pareció bastante alta solo para estos gastos. Dejame saber en los comentarios si crees que es justo agregarlo!

En el plan original del video, este incluía ilustraciones especialmente pintadas/dibujadas para el título y cada una de las tres secciones principales del video (danza, canto y fuga) hechas por un artista visual y/o diseñador gráfico, pero finalmente decidí usar estos títulos con una pantalla negra detrás para reducir costos. Esta sería una posible mejora del video, en caso de que la financiación tenga éxito.
