Fundraising For Chrys’ OT assessments

Hi, I’m Chrys and I’m fundraising for my Occupational Therapist assessments to be able to access to NDIS so that I can have the supports I need in my day to day life as a physically disabled person. I do not enjoy asking other people for money, however I have unfortunately been left with no other choice.

I recently found out that it is going to cost me between $1500 and $2000 just to be able to get a basic assessment and report done for me to be able to apply to the NDIS. This cost is something that I can not afford to do on my own, as I get less than $1000 a fortnight and a lot of that goes towards appointments and basic human necessities.

Any of the money raised from this that does not go towards my OT assessment, will be going towards my para-archery journey so that I can afford my membership and some second hand equipment to be able to get me back out and into the community and sports that I love.

I truly appreciate your help and support, whether that is donating money yourself, or spreading awareness of this so that I might be able to get at least some the money I need before my appointment in May-June.
