Hi my name is Gethin and I'm 16 years old. I am fundraising to go on an incredible expedition with camps international.In 2027 I will have a life changing journey to go to Borneo and will be out there for 4 weeks. You may ask what I will be doing out there? Well, I will be working with communities and wildlife and to see the environmental side of things on that side of the world. As well as helping children and communities build facilities such as schools .I will be learning how people will live without social media as well as that I will be posting my journey on the trip.This expedition will involve Building and improving school and communities and working alongside local communities.You may ask what is campus international? Well there is a group that goes around the world showing young people what the problems are around the world like example how poor they are compared to us in the uk.There mission is to develop global citizens by promoting inquiry, compassion, and a worldwide perspective.The impact of you donating will help me raise money for this trip and help many problems in Borneo and to see how we could help the environment.Aswell we will be working on various projects over our 4 weeks and helping the locals build schools and foundations as well as that help them have fresh clean water,Building toilets which they don't have this will be an amazing experience where we will be hands on.After that we will be going on a 5 day trek through the jungle and set up camp and explore the jungle.This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity.It will give me life skills and memories to last a lifetime. Aswell as that I will be walking up snowdon raising money for this trip.
