Fundraising for a work titled The Mark At Calvary

Greetings. My name is Rex Stewart, a multi-talented artist committed to fulfilling an event. It was a spiritual instruction to do this work after reading the Scriptures of Apostle Paul...

Some 20 years ago I started on a holy quest to create a riveting diorama (in wood) of the Crucifixion -and titled it "The Mark At Calvary". It was a struggle to get support for it at that time because of other obligations, re: raising our two children, etc. However, I stayed with it (on and off) but with little fanfare from those whom I thought supported the call. Finally, I went to the media and was scoffed -especially when I had a sound history with them on great subjects.

So now, 20 years later I'm finally making a last request for this work to be realized; but need the evidence and support from those who are viewing, reading -and hopefully believing that I (we) can fulfill this calling by Easter 2024-25. I'm not asking much, just to get this work finished and hopefully in a place where all can view it... And though I have done extraordinary pieces -donated to charities, forums, homeless institutions and people -including fundraisers for educational purposes and the arts, society still hardens itself when challenged with beauty and truth.

My yesterday is not my 'today...

Today, in a troubled world, there still remain hope. And I'm hoping that once this piece is finished (with your support), I can later add the message to why I was called to pursue it.
