Since 2020, Stage Whisper has grown from a small conversation at a dining room table into the #1 Podcast for Independent Artists. As we approach our 5th Anniversary in July 2026, we find ourselves at a crossroads. We have spent half a decade amplifying the voices of over 1,500 creators, covering everything from indie theatre and dance to opera to film and television to poetry.
Now, we are asking our community to help us keep the mic live.
Why Your Support Matters
We pride ourselves on being an independent, unbiased beacon for the arts. We don’t rely on corporate sponsors or social media trends; we rely on you.
Maintaining a platform that produces 42 interviews per week and covers over 1,000 shows a year is a monumental task. To keep our content free for artists and audiences alike, we face the "hard reality" of rising costs in New York City.
Our Goal: $15,000 to sustain us through 2026.
Your donations go directly toward the essential "behind-the-scenes" costs that keep the show running:
• Show Operations: Studio space, high-speed internet for global interviews, and equipment maintenance.
• The "Hustle": Transportation and tickets to 5+ shows a week ensuring we are covering as much of the best of indie art as possible .
• The Human Element: Our team works over 90 hours a week. Your support helps cover basic household stability, from medical bills to the childcare necessary to keep our production schedule on track.
