Hi, my name is Jason-Candid. I am the Co-Owner & Director of the largest health and well-being organization in hospitality, named Healthy Hospo.

The past years have been harder than we ever could have imagined for our industry...

COVID-19, Brexit, the cost-of-living crisis, an inflation of almost 100% in only a few years, a loss of over 60% of staffing, and the closure of almost half of the hospitality businesses globally.

During these uncertain times, we've been helping our peers, various venues, and multiple brands as far as we could. But we have also been struggling with the factors named above. Since January 2023 we've been running the organization solely by volunteers, which unfortunately isn't sustainable.

We need your help, to help others, more than ever!

Step 1: Raise Funds

The first step of the campaign focused on getting hospitality professionals together, raising funds to invest into organising the first-ever fundraising abseil held on 14th September, on the roof of The Savoy in London.

Step 2: Raise Awareness and more Funds

Thanks to the historic event held in London, we were able to raise awareness around health and wellbeing in hospitality on a global scale. We wrote history by hosting the first ever event held on the roof of London's most historical hotel - in benefit of our hospitality industry. Thanks to this monumental event, we were able to get more financial support, bringing us closer to our target and hope to receive more donations from our peers before the end of November 2023.

Our aim to raise £15'000 is broken down as such:

£4’300 covered the cost of the professional abseil company named Dave Talbot

£2’000 covered the snacks and beverages provided throughout the day

£1’700 went to On-Trade Consultancy, our project partner for their needed support

£500 has been spent on custom shirts designed for each participant

£1'000 will be invested into Healthy Hospo volunteers and ambassadors, making sure the team within the organization is rewarded for their hard work and strong willpower to drive change within our industry. Healthy Hospo would be nothing without its team!

Finally, for every additional £1’000 we will invest in a new course on our Digital Classroom to support hundreds of professionals, venues, and brands in various international markets. Since its re-launch last year, our online courses have improved the life of thousands of hospos across the globe!
