Fundraiser to replace stolen e-bike.

Hello everyone,

My bike was recently stolen from my back yard. Someone went through my front gate, past my second, and into my back and removed it from the backyard. I've informed the police, but the likelihood of it being found is slim. I live in Chicago and function off public transit. My errands, grocery shopping, and normal functions were done with my e-bike. Last year I suffered a stroke and it has made things significantly more difficult on physical demand for things. The bike became a necessity and not just a quality of life to survival for me. Even if it wasn't the most physical activity, it also helped me keep moving. A very important thing for me now that once you've had a stroke your chances for another is increased. I'm pretty independent and very much dislike asking for help, but I'm not financially able to recover from this at the moment. If I were in a pinch, I would Uber Eats on my bike to get some extra cash. Which I obviously can't even do right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in this situation. If I had any other choice, I'd be taking it right now. I have bad credit and am not readily available for most options.

I've got 3 goals with funding for this.

$1,000 - Normal E-Bike to help me get around town, to appointments, simple groceries, and errands.

$1,500 - Cargo E-bike to do above as well as Uber Eats, more groceries, and better battery.

$2,000 - Moped/Motor Scooter would allow me all of the above and it would allow me to traverse larger distances and possibly open a lot more opportunities for things.
