Hi, I’m Tres MonCeret.

I never thought I’d be writing this — but I’m at a place where I have no choice but to ask for help. Not just to get by… but to survive my current crisis.

Eight years ago, my health utterly collapsed. Since then, I’ve been diagnosed with over a dozen serious, debilitating medical conditions. They’ve taken a huge toll on my body, my mind, and my ability to earn, my ability to live.

I’ve lost the ability to work, and with no income, I’ve burned through everything I had. For almost three years now, I’ve been fighting through the long, frustrating process of applying — and appealing — for Social Security Disability. I’ve had to navigate that all alone, without the money to hire an attorney.

Meanwhile, life hasn’t stopped. Things have gotten serious.

Most recently I’ve lost the use of my daily vehicle, so I can’t easily get to doctor’s appointments, pick up prescriptions, or do basic errands.

Additionally, I’m now at real risk of losing my housing in the next few months — with bills, HOA fees, property taxes, etc., and no way to pay in the foreseeable future.

This fundraiser is my last option — my one shot at stabilizing things and creating a path forward.

The biggest goal here, out of all these critical needs is to raise money for repairs on my condo so I can rent it out to a paying tenant, asap.

Here’s all that I’m hoping to accomplish with your emergency support:

Cover basic living expenses for the next couple of weeks — just to stay afloat until my condo is rented out to a paying tenant:

Make essential repairs to my condo so I can rent it out ASAP.

Renting the condo would give me a long-term, consistent minimal income to survive on while I wait for a disability ruling — and/or, hopefully, recover enough to return to work.

Get my older vehicle (formerly a" 2nd vehicle" that needed repairs to run. Now it's my only vehicle.) Get my older vehicle that I still have running again so I can regain daily transportation. It's the photo of the black vehicle in my driveway.

All these would give me something I haven’t had in a long time — breathing room. Hope. Freedom from daily utter overwhelm. A chance to survive long enough for things to turn around.
