Brian Carlson’s Battle with Leukemia

On Tuesday November 15th, 2022, our brother, Brian Carlson, was diagnosed with (B-Cell) Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. He is currently hospitalized at Essentia Health-Miller Dwan in Duluth.

On November 17th, Brian started his first chemotherapy treatment. He must remain in the hospital for at least 3 weeks, receiving treatment. Brian then will go home for a week and back to the hospital for a week for additional treatments This process will go on for the next 8 - 12 months.

Brian is borderline high risk and will also need to go to the University of Minnesota. There, he will meet with the bone marrow transplant coordinators and discuss the possibility of a bone marrow transplant.

Brian has a very long, rough road ahead of him and we are hoping to help him in any way possible.

We know that this time of year can be taxing on some, but we would greatly appreciate any donations you are able to give to Brian in his time of need. If this isn't possible, we would still appreciate all your thoughts and well wishes!

All proceeds will go towards Brians' medical expenses, bills, and transportation.
