Fundraiser to evacuate Dr. Sameer Bseiso's family
Donation protected
Hi my name is Riyadh Bseiso, I live in Canada and I'm starting this fundraiser on behalf of my extended family in Gaza.
Due to the grave and catastrophic situation in Gaza I am URGENTLY working to help Dr. Sameer Bseiso and his entire extended family evacuate as soon as possible from Gaza. Unfortunately, Dr. Sameer Bseiso's family is one of many who are unable to leave Gaza after their lives were disrupted due to the war and are currently living in shelters in Rafah under difficult and dangerous conditions.
Dr. Sameer's family has endured unimaginable loss, starting with the destruction of their home, and find themselves displaced, stranded with low food supplies, no health care and a deteriorating situation. Dr. Sameer's family members include his 3-month old grandaughter, Tia, and four other grandchildren.
They are in fear of imminent death or starvation and have decided to seek refuge in Egypt. The funds collected will be used to coordinate with a company in Egypt that is specialized in expediting requests for people from Gaza to enter Egypt along with the expenses that come with it. Other options to evacuate Gaza are limited, slower and unreliable.
The list of people that will be evacatuated under this fundraiser are:
(1) Dr. Sameer Fahmi Bseiso (87 years)
(2) May Abdel-Latif Bseiso (77 years)
(3) Fahmi Sameer Bseiso (46 years)

Your genorosity will make a tangible difference in alleviating their suffering and offering them hope for a better tomorrow, let us unite in solidarity by extending our hands to those in need.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
The above picture shows Fahmi, his wife Hadeel Al-Sakka, and their daughter Tia (3 months). Hadeel wrote the following about their ordeal:
On 7 October we were planning to start our routine as usual but suddenly we heard lots of bumps without understanding what’s happening, we rashed to seek for a safe place wondering what’s going on. Then the war began.
I was pregnant, 24 weeks, lots of buildings were destroyed at the nearby streets with a loud frightful sound that makes our buildings to dance, I was very afraid especially at my fetus so we decided to leave our home to go for my parents home without any goods or clothes thinking that it safer and we will go back our home after days.
Sadly, on 13 October, we left from the north to the south without knowing where to go and stay for days as they told us.
We found a place containing many families, about 80 persons statyed at a home consists of 2 rooms and a living room.
Our life started to change, the waterline was destroyed and water not reached us. The electricity also were turned off, no internet networks were working,we started to seek for food.
We thought the war will end soon and we will return home before my delivery, suddenly on my 35 weeks of pregnancy the amniotic fluid was lost due to premature rupture of membranes, here we harried to the only hospital that was working for delivery that present at a city far away from our shelter one hour under the airplane bumps, a CS operation saved my fetus life on 11-12-2023.
At the hospital the air bumps were very near that destroyed the window glasses, shaking the hole building and terrified all the patients.
We returned to the shelter, my baby refused breastfeeding due to unproper nutrition, there is no high biological protein source, no meat no chicken no fish , no fruits, no yogurt, no juice, sometimes we can get eggs , we eat only carbohydrates rice, pasta and potato , all the goods prices increased 5-10 times its normal price.
My baby needs 5-6 artificial milk bottles per month, a bottle cost is 35$ we need 175-210$ monthly for the milk.
Also the pamapers (diapers) price increased 8-10 times its normal price we need 200-300$ for the pampers.
My husband work was destroyed, the company stores were pumped and stoled, my work was stopped due to cutting internet network, our income was lost for 6months during the war.
I suffer now from dysiness, blured vision du to anemia my hemoglobin became 8 , my husband suffers from herenia due to lefting jars filled with 25-30 litters of water from far place and holding them upstairs to fill the water store 1000 litters sevsral times for hours for days during the 6 months, he needs to make a surgery but the hospitals here stopped all the surgical operations except for the delivery and war injuries.
Overall, on 23-3-2024, the airforce destroyed our home building into rockets taking with it our worm memories, our hope and dream to return home, our safe shelter leaving us without anything even clothes.
The above picture is their destroyed apartment building.
