Fundraiser Seminar for David Doederlein

For those of you who do not know, my father, David Doederlein has been suffering from an aggressive form of brain cancer called Glyoblastoma. In 2007, he had a seizure that led to a benign brain tumor in his frontal lobe. After a couple of extensive surgeries and radiation, the tumor had been in remission for 15 years. We thought we were in the clear, as they say the likelihood of brain cancer coming back after 15 years is much lower. In February of 2023, my father had seizure. After an MRI scan, we discovered it came back, and it turned out to be much worse than prior.

It’s been a rough year for my family financially, as my mom has not been working to take care of my dad. Soon she will have to go back to work and we will need a nurse to stay at home to take care of him.

All the proceeds from this seminar will be used to alleviate the burden of the medical bills and at home care.
