Hi, I’m ACE.

I have been waiting for a family for 641 days. I finally found a family that is willing to give me my chance, but I need your help. I need help getting trained because while I listen so well I get overly excited and curious. I have shown my future family and my friends, who have been fighting right beside me, that I can do this… I just need you to have a little faith in me and help me. I want this family so badly and they believe so much in me that they adopted me without hesitation!  They already love me but I need to learn how to be a little bit more careful and how to be in a home because you see… I haven’t had a home in such a long time.

I have lived the majority of time during the last 600+ days in a shelter, where it is very loud and scary. I lived in a cold kennel close to 24 hours a day, alone, surrounded by noise and fear, only getting 8 minutes a day outside.

I was adopted once from the shelter, but the family that adopted me back then was not nice to me. They returned me to the shelter one month after adopting me, they returned me so skinny, I was so hungry, and the human friends that knew me from before saw that I was walking funny too.

Then I got sick with an upper respiratory infection… that is when my life truly started to change. Someone took me home and helped me heal and then another crazy lady stepped in to find me a family, my human friends at the shelter never left me and a little group of ladies formed to keep fighting for me until I found my home. They refused for me to go back to the shelter and pulled their own funds to set me up in boarding, while they still looked for my family.

8 families ghosted me… they showed interest and then forgot me; not even giving me a chance to meet them. But it only takes one right?

That one family finally saw me, and couldn’t get me off their mind. They came to meet me and they all fell in love with me but before I get to them, I need your help one last time.

And you guys, I won’t live in any more kennels or crates, not even in the training center.

I promise if you help me, I will let you know how it’s going. My future family and my human friends believe in me so, so much that I know they will never give up on me. They will turn your help into triumph for me… into my future and all the celebrations, love, cuddles and Holidays I will get to enjoy with my true forever and loving family. Because I will be ready for them.
