My name is Ashley and I'm fundraising in honor of my aunt, Le Lam. She is currently in the hospital in hospice care, and we have been informed that she will pass away soon. I'm posting this fundraiser now so I don't have to after.
My aunt is a kind and beautiful person with a gentle heart. From the moment I was born, we were inseparable even though we didn't speak the same language. I have never met a person I loved more than her.

She used to work at Lincoln Training Center (https://www.lincolntc.org/about/who-we-are), a nonprofit started in 1964 that provides work and training for adults with disabilities. It is an amazing organization that gave my aunt the opportunity to have a job and make friends instead of sitting at home all day. She didn't really understand the concept of weekends, so she would wait in front of the house for the work van to pick her up even on Saturdays and Sundays. She loved her job.
Our family would like to raise money for the Lincoln Training Center because we believe in their mission, support their work, and are so grateful to them for what they provided for my aunt. According to their donation page, more than 75 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to programs and services benefiting people with disabilities (https://www.lincolntc.org/donations/way_to_help). We will be donating the money in my aunt's name. Thank you for supporting.
