Dear friends,

  As difficult as it is, I’m letting it out in the open and asking for your help. I’ve begun my journey towards my citizen petition so that I can remain safe and at here at home in the U.S. with all of you.

My journey hasn’t been easy, I’ve been through hard times and have always found strength and courage to overcome all of my adversities and reach my goals. I’m proud because when I look back on my life, I think of the child who learned to cope with the poverty, absence of a father, domestic violence, bullying, lack of resources, neglect, and the migration of my family to the U.S. for a more stable and easier way of life. I learned to adapt and find happiness through hard work, persistence, support, kindness, and love I get from my friends and family, and give it back times 2. I love this country even with it’s complexities, and I want to remain here for rest of my life safely. 

Pleas help me with the coverage of the lawyer which come to a cost of $7,500 and plus $3,500 in government fees, total of 10k. This isn’t easy for me to ask but I don’t make enough in my job to pay for it on my own, or go into debt. I raised some money for It, and I’m still $6,000 short. My asking is 4K to get me up to 80% coverage, any help beyond 4K will get me closer to 100% coverage.

Asking for help is one hardest parts, but the hardest part for me will be having to leave the country and wait to be let back in a year. That will be an even harder thing, but we’ll worth the challenge if it means finally feeling at home. I’m hoping for major support from you and others. Please consider donating  whatever you can, and perhaps even sharing my cause. I promise you this cause help cover the costs that will help me have the same privilege, safety and freedom that you have as a citizen.
