Hi everyone, so as some know already my brother Will was in a mining accident this past Saturday. He was underground when the accident happened, and was airlifted from the mine to the local trauma center. His leg had to be amputated at the hip, and he has a fractured bone in his hand. He’s had to undergo two surgeries already and has many more to come. He’ll be in the hospital here in Salt Lake for at least two weeks, and then at an extended inpatient rehab after that. He’ll need extensive outpatient therapy over the next few months at least. My parents and I all flew out to be with him this week, and they’re both taking leave from work to be with him during his recovery. Anything that can help with Will’s bills, as well as keeping my parents here and able to support him during this time is appreciated.
