Fundraiser for Wi Spa Stabbing Victim
This is a fundraiser for one of the stabbing victims on July 3rd at the Wi Spa protest in Los Angeles.
On July 3rd, LGBTQ protestors held a rally in support of LGBTQ rights at Wi Spa in Los Angeles. White Supremacists, Neo-nazis, trans/homophobes, religious zealots, and antimaskers converged and held a protest of hate. At the rally, LGBTQ protestors were violently attacked. A videographer marked as PRESS was hit on the head from behind with a pipe, multiple people were clubbed and maced, and three people were stabbed, all by the anti-LGBTQ crowd.
The three stabbings were committed by the same person. One of the people stabbed is a regular Los Angeles front line photographer/videographer. In the disturbing video below, you can see the assailant brandishing and waving his knife. The victim sees the knife, tackles them to the ground to reduce the danger, and gets stabbed multiple times.
This photo shows the assailant, in paramilitary garb being pushed to the ground by the victim while simultaneously stabbing their thigh.

Stabbed twice in the lower leg, and once in the upper thigh, they were hospitalized for a day and released. Currently contending with muscle and nerve damage and facing a long recovery time, this fundraiser is for their medical and living costs while they suffer this arduous recovery and hopefully temporary disability.
Anonymous to avoid further targeting from right wing domestic terrorists, they are a brown indigenous activist from South Central. Currently a pre-doctoral student, they came out to Wi Spa that day to stand with the LGBTQ community of LA.
