Fundraiser for Tricia Abraham

My lifelong friend Tricia Abraham was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation in her brain. She is having brain surgery August 31st in Long Island. Her cerebellum is protruding out of the base of her skull by 1 cm, which is very large, going into her spine. She has cerebral fluid blockage in her brain and will have to have brain surgery to help relieve pressure. This is a major surgery and recovery time can set her back 3 months or more without any income at all. She is a self employed (hairstylist) single Mom. While there is no cure for this disease surgery "may" help some of her symptoms which are: excruciating headaches, blurred vision, difficulty swallowing, eye pain and pressure, ringing in ears, muscle pain, neck pain, face numbness, to name some of her symptoms. Tricia is one if the most loving, caring and compassionate people I know. She is a great Mom and can really use financial help with the medical bills that have already started coming in and to help her keep up with everyday living expenses.
