Our hearts are broken over the loss of a precious little boy our great nephew. Affectionately known as AJ or Chunky. Just ten days shy of being six years old.

The mother, our niece Tiffany took to social media for help seeking justice......
I would never have thought that Tuesday, July 19th @ 6:20 AM, would have been the last time I kissed and hugged my son goodbye. My son Anthony Josiah Pearson who has autism and epilepsy, was left in the care of D'Angela Edwards of Little Dreamers (daycare) in Richton Park, IL.
At 10:58 AM, I was living a mother's nightmare. I received a phone call that I needed to rush to the hospital because there had been an incident with my son. Sure enough, my only child was abruptly stripped away from me. I'm still waiting for answers about what happened to my son. I called D'Angela multiple times, even stopped by her house to get answers about what happened to my son. She has not personally reached out to me to give me any explanation or any sort of condolences. I am only left with what the police said, being that she strapped him into a car seat in her house so that she could take a 20 - 30min shower. By the time she finished, he was unresponsive.
I found it suspicious that my son had only been there for three weeks and was beginning to display abnormal behaviors. So on July 18th, I prompted the sitter regarding Anthony's diet and behavior as he seemed stressed and was not being his normal self. At the time, she offered nothing that would explain those abnormalities. I mentioned I was going to take him to see his doctor - which was the following day July 20th. D'Angela strongly encouraged me not to do so and stated I should give him more time to adjust to being at her daycare. On July 19th, the day after I told her about it, I got the call a mother never wants to get; my son had passed away in her care. This does not add up...I'm distraught...I'm upset...and I don't have my son.
