Sadie's mitzvah project to support JCC & Ukraine

Hi everyone. My name is Sadie Sherry. I'm 13 years old, and soon I will be bat mitzvah'd.

 

For my mitzvah project, I'm raising money for the Jewish Community Center in Krakow, Poland to support the people of Ukraine at this extraordinarily difficult time.

I recently interviewed Jonathan Ornstein - who leads the JCC in Krakow, Poland - to discuss how he and his organization are supporting Ukraine. I was touched and impressed by how selflessly and tirelessly is working to help thousands of people in desperate need of resources to stay safe and healthy. I enjoyed our conversation and hope that you do too.

If you'd be so kind as to donate to my GoFundMe in support of Jonathan and the Krakow JCC - an organization that doesn't just support Jewish people but all of those in need right now - I'd be incredibly grateful. Specifically, all donations will go to Friends of Jcc Krakow - a US-based 501(c)(3) that supports and funds the Jewish Community Centre of Krakow.
