I am a Venezuelan journalist, artist and filmmaker based in London.

My passion is Venezuela.

I want to bring a clear image about my country of origin to an international audience. Partly, to uncover the lies and misrepresentations I read daily about this beautiful country in the big media. I also want to open a space for dialogue, learning and sharing about the different aspects of the Venezuelan reality.

"El Sueño Existe" has been celebrating the Latin American legacy to the world for 20 long years from Machynlleth, in North Wales, from the perspective of the music of the late Chilean musician Victor Jara, and next year the festival will have Venezuela as the guest country.

Jara always talked about a world where solidarity, love and peace could sit at the centre of our lives. This world is still possible and there is not a better country to show this than Venezuela.
