Support for the family of Katie (Barrier) Jefferis

On June 30th, our beloved Katie, age 33, did not wake up. This morning, her family and friends awoke to this tragic news and the reality that her four beautiful children (Gavin-10, Everett-6, Ivan-4, Violet-1.5) will forever be without their shining star. Katie was an exceptional mother, a hard worker and a loving wife to Keith, daughter, sister and friend. Nothing can ever fill the void created by her loss, but we are asking at this time for any help you can provide to ensure that the family is not as financially drained by this tragedy as they are emotionally. A quote appearing on Katie's Facebook profile from the late great Judy Garland reads, "For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart. It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul." In her too-brief time on this earth, Katie kissed the souls of many, and we will never be the same without her. We cannot thank you enough for your kindness in this time of mourning.
