Fundraiser for the Bedouin community in Jaba , Palestine. Since 07.10.2023 most people living on the West Bank have lost their working permits to work in Israël. For many this means having no financial income anymore and being reliant on their own small achiculture, of what comes from the land and their small cattle of animals Yet, their land and people are being attacked by settler , bureaucratic and occupational violence frequently. The call for money comes from a personal request from Mohammed. The donations of this evening will go directly to him and his familiy to sustain their lives.

Dick Alle Huppes and the family of Mohammed have met while volunteering on the Westbank in April 2025. They explained me their situation. Since then we are in contact with eachother. I've seen their situation and i've seen how little their resources are at the moment. Mohammed has asked me for money to sustain their lives. A call wich I find legitimate and urgent to awnser. The money collected will go directly to the comunity and will be used for their own life sustain. Such as food, medicine for themselves and their cattle, bureaucratic costs and whatsoever. Since we've spoken clearly about the occupation, and i did not hide anything about being with my Israeli partner, I know that this community is not collaborating in any armed resistance against the occupation that is imposed on them and dont carry any hatred against any individual Israëli. I trust mohammed and his family to know best for themselves what to use the money for. As any human being. In a situation such as theirs, its nearly impossible to survive without any source of money. Since mohammed his working permit has been taken from him, after working with full loyalty inside of israeli society , it's up to people like us to step up and support them.

On tuesday 24.06.2025 we will organise a vegan food fundraiser in a local social politial center in Amsterdam. More fundraise actions might follow in the coming weeks under the same ''go fund me'' page.
