To mark my 60th birthday I've decided to run a marathon  in aid of the Daughters of Charity service for persons with Intellectual Disability who have looked after my sister Mia so well for so many years. 

I'll be running the 26.2 miles /42.2 kilometers on the 14th of May with my two sons, Jack and James, if they can keep up with me!!

All donations will be greatly appreciated.
