Sean my nephew  is an adorable young 3 year old boy that is about to start the fight of his life against a rare immune disorder called "Chronic Granulomatous disease"  that requires a bone marrow transplant, Chemo and up to 6 months in hospital. Something that no young boy should have go through. this is going to be a tough time for Sean and his family, especially his parents, Kathleen & Gabrial  who will have to be by his side and still try to take care of their other 2 children.
