My name is Laurie and I am raising funds for my dear friends, Samuel and Jessica Weis. Sam Weis, a loving Dad to Henry and Harper, a devoted husband to Jessica, and a great friend to many, was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer at the young age of 34.

Sam will soon be traveling back and forth to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota to undergo possible surgery and to start his cancer treatment. This will include overnight stays for Jessica, the expense of fuel getting to and from, medical bills etc. Sam is unable to work at this time so they are down to one income. On top of Sam's diagnosis, Jessica also has to have surgery which will be scheduled sometime next week. I am hoping we can all come together to help ease their financial burden during this very difficult time.

If you know Sam, you know he has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back to help someone. Anything you could give would be greatly appreciated.
