RNLI for Curtis And Rex (sponsored swim)
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Curtis, and on Saturday 6th July my dog, Rex Jumped over the sea wall at Cromer, into a rough high tide, which resulted in me going into the water to retrieve him.
This in turn resulted in needing a rescue from the nearby RNLI team due to the severity of the crashing waves of the North Sea and my inability to exit the water safely.
I am going to be doing a 20 mile sponsored swim which equates to 1287 lengths of the kingfisher swimming pool in Sudbury. Which I will complete over the course of 2 weeks.
any donations are massively appreciated and will be presented by myself and Rex to the team at Cromer RNLI in due course.
thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for your generosity.
The RNLI is run by a team of volunteers and donations will go a long way in helping to keep this organisation doing what they do best.
Saving lives at sea.
Thanks again.
