On February 21 Rick was brought to the ER in Williston for abdominal pain. He was flown out to Fargo where he had surgery on his colon, as they found it was dying. He has had numerous setbacks along the way and is still in the hospital in Fargo. The doctors believe he will be in Fargo for awhile and will transition to a facility when he is discharged to finish his rehabilitation. Rick and Barb have a long haul ahead of them and appreciate al of the prayers and support they have gotten from everyone. Rick has a Caringbridge site where everyone can catch up on his progress.
