Fundraiser for Rich and Sharon Goodwin

My name is Lisa Gray. My best friend and her husband, Sharon and Rich Goodwin, have fallen on very difficult times. I’m reaching out in hopes our friends, neighbors, and perhaps kind strangers could help them.

Rich’s employment has been intermittent, and they have fallen behind on their monthly bills. Rich began a new job and after working for three days he was hospitalized with double pneumonia, which quickly spread to sepsis. He endured being on a ventilator for six days and was in the critical care unit for two weeks. Unfortunately because he was a brand new employee, medical insurance was not yet activated. Now they are facing the burden of mounting unpaid medical bills.

Sharon and Rich are very proud and never share their problems or tribulations with others. However, they are in desperate need of help from their community. They are the first to reach out and help others, and I hope we can help them now.
