Fundraiser For Our Beloved Sister Stephanie Nicole
Donation protected
Dear Family and Friend's,
It is with absolute sorrow that I announce my sisters passing. On December 21st, Stephanie went to the emergency room at Temecula Valley Hospital. She had been feeling very sick and was seeking medical care. At the hospital they diagnosed her with low oxygen levels, pneumonia, and covid 19. Despite her condition, they sent her home. Steph died the following morning. Stephanie did not die from old age. She did not die from a fatal car accident. She died due to negligence from our very own community hospital. Negligence is a crime punishable by law. Despite the tragedy that Temecula Valley Hospital has brought upon my family we must remain strong. My brother Jason and I are the only ones capable of trying to put forth her funeral. Although we are very hardworking, we simply cannot do this alone.
We are reaching out to all of our family and friends in hopes we can receive any sort of contributions on Stephanie's behalf. We also ask if you cannot contribute financially, please share the gofundme link.
Stephanie leaves behind two loving parents both of whom are battling covid at this very moment. Two brothers a sister, as well as three nephews and a neice. All of which will love and miss her.
Thank you to all who wish to support us during these harrowing times.
On behalf of the Federico family, we pray you all remain safe, and that the New Year blesses you with much happier times than we have all faced this year.
Rest in Peace Stephanie Nicole Federico
