Oscar Hernandez died due to COVID-19 on July 9th in El Salvador because our family did not have sufficient funds to go to a clinic or hospital. He passed in our family's house and has not been given a proper burial and our family cannot afford to cover his funeral costs. Our family in El Salvador is in urgency to bury his body so that others within the household do not get further exposed. His son has now been exposed and is currently in the hospital, fighting for his life. This week, we were made aware that his wife, his other son, and two grandchildren have been exposed to COVID, but do not have enough money to seek medical attention.
All of the proceeds will be sent over to our family in El Salvador that is currently suffering due to COVID-19. If you can please find it in your heart to help our family and donate so that my uncle (my mother's brother) can have a proper funeral and to pay for our family to have proper medical attention as soon as possible.
