A few weeks ago, our beloved teammate, Namiki, suffered a serious injury – a ruptured achilles – a devastating setback for someone who’s given so much to our Women’s Squad this 2025 season.

Namiki has been an integral part of North Geelong Warriors FC, bringing heart, dedication, and an unwavering Warrior Spirit to every match. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have insurance coverage while in Australia, and not even Football Australia’s insurance extends to overseas players. This means she now faces all the costs of surgery, hospital care, and basic living expenses on her own.

We’re rallying together as the Warriors Family to raise the funds needed for her treatment and recovery, so that Namiki can focus on healing and one day return to tearing up Elcho Park in the Red, White & Blue.
