Fundraiser for Maria's surgery

I am raising money for my sister-in-law, Maria. She is 31 years old and she is the love of my brother's life! They will be married on October 22nd in Thailand. Maria was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer in April 2016. She is a fighter and has completed chemotherapy and radiation therapy and is almost through the woods. However, the doctors say she still needs to have a mastectomy and a hysterectomy in order to prevent any cancer from returning. Unfortunately, her medical coverage in Thailand has been maxed out as she is not a Thai citizen. The out of pocket cost for the surgery is about $50,000.00 US dollars. My family and I are asking for any contributions to help pay for the surgery. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
