Fundraiser for Liliana Betiu and family

On June 17th our dear friend and neighbor Liliana Betiu was in a horrific wreck on Hwy 59 on her way to work. By a miracle, she survived but continues to fight for her life and healing in ICU at a local hospital.
She will need care both now but also when released including large amounts of rehab and follow-up surgeries. As we know, insurance only covers a part of these costs, which will be in the hundreds of thousands at best. Also, she will be unable to work until completely healthy which could be months to a year or more.
An estimate of the cost is impossible but to put in perspective she will have: the cost of hospital care after deductible is met, surgeries including internal complications, spine surgery for a broken vertebrae, broken elbow, and two surgeries for a shoulder replacement. Her ribs, knee, and hip also will need to be monitored as they too were injured. Extensive rehab will be needed. Her car was completely demolished.
The Betiu family would give the shirts off their backs to help anyone. They are beyond kind and very close to each other and their friends. Liliana specifically is one of the most generous and loving people I have the honor to know. I can assure you if this were you, they would be the first to try to help.

Dupa cum stim, asigurarea acopera doar o parte din aceste costuri, care vor fi in cel mult sute de mii. De asemenea, ea nu va putea sa lucreze pana cand o sa fie complet sanatoasa.
