I'm the author of the Order of the Coif legal history blog (https://orderofthecoif.wordpress.com/) and a masters student at the University of Cambridge. I've now been writing about medieval legal history for two years, since I created my blog in December 2016. I've been fortunate enough, thanks to the support of readers of the blog, to have been published in Counsel Magazine and I believe that opportunity propelled me to my studies at Cambridge, where I'm now preparing to start writing a dissertation on litigation by 'femmes soles' (single women) in mid-15th century England
Tuition fees, living costs and books are quite expensive and as I go into my second year, writing my dissertation, more than ever funds are greatly needed and appreciated to cover these expenses.
