Fundraiser for Kristie Jankowski

As some of you may know, our dear friend Kristie Jankowski was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and is having a double mastectomy.  Nancy Gaglio and I  are reaching out to the community to support her.

With this surgery, her doctors have given her a very good prognosis. We are being told there may be several months of down time.  Fortunately, medical bills in connection with Kristie’s surgery will be covered by Medicaid.  However, she will not be able to work during recovery.  Because she is a nanny she will not have access to unemployment compensation, does not have other sources of income, and may not even have a job to go back to.     

Please help us reach our goal.  I know that money can be tight so please know that even $5 will help Kristie make ends meet at this difficult time.
