Fundraiser for Kim Ferland

As most of you know, Kim’s loving husband, Jeff, unexpectedly passed away in the early morning of Friday, January 15th.  We are all heartbroken that he will no longer be in our lives.  To Jeff, every friendship was important.  He was a true friend to so many, made everyone feel a part of the fun and never hesitated to help a friend in need.

There has been an outpouring of requests asking what you can do to help.  The best idea that we know of to help Kim, in an expression of your condolence, would be to give your support to assist with funeral and hospital expenses along with getting her through the next few months with mortgage, car and other everyday expenses.  So, for this reason, I have created this fundraiser.

My name is Karen (Boutin) Cooper and I grew up down the street from Jeff in Cumberland, RI.  My husband, Brian, and I are close friends with Jeff and Kim.  I am helping Kim to sort through the paperwork, bills, expenses, and other affairs during this difficult time.  Many thanks in advance for taking the time to read this post and of course if you decide to donate to our dear friend.
